What we need from you:
- Fax the following to 410-489-0293:
- Our application
- A history of vaccinations, must be within the last 12 months
Distemper/DA2P, Bordetella and Rabies vaccination records/proof are mandatory.
- Call to schedule a temperment test. The test costs $30 (non-refundable) and takes about 1 hour.
Other things you need to know:
- Please be current with flea/tick meds.
- If your dog has been sick(diarrhea or vomiting) within the last 3 days DO NOT bring to daycare or boarding.
