Join the Tiki’s Playhouse Family

Welcome to the family! We are so excited for you and your dog to visit Tiki’s Playhouse and become dog daycare clients.

Please do the following to become a Tiki’s dog day care client!

1. Fax or email the following documents to 410-489-0293:
   • Tiki’s Dog Day Care Application
   • Your dog’s most recent vaccination records. We require proof of Distemper/DA2P, Bordetella and Rabies.
2. Call to schedule a temperament test. The test costs $50 (non-refundable) and takes approximately 60 mins.
3. Read our rules & policies.
4. Please continue to administer flea/tick meds as directed by your vet. If your dog has experienced diarrhea or vomiting within the last three days, please DO NOT bring him to daycare or boarding.
5. Make sure your dog is ready for some FUN at Tiki’s Playhouse! 🙂
