To request doggie daycare, dog boarding, or other pet concierge services, please read our rules and policies below, and then fill out the form to the right. Your pet hotel reservation is not finalized until confirmed by Tiki’s Playhouse.
🐾 Tiki’s Playhouse Rules & Policies
Dog Behavior & Health
- ABSOLUTELY no aggressive dogs.
- No bully breeds of any kind are allowed. We reserve the right to refuse any dog for any reason.
- All dogs must be in good health and free of ticks and fleas.
- Dogs with diarrhea should not be brought to Tiki’s.
- Temperament Test: Your dog must pass a temperament test before attending.
- Vaccinations: Please have current vaccination records available.
Arrival & Pickup
- Dogs must arrive before 9:00 AM.
- Dogs must be picked up before closing.
- Late pickups will incur a $25 late fee.
Pet Services & Payments
- Dog walking and pet sitting services are offered within a limited area.
- Payment for dog walking, pet sitting, and 24/7 pet care must be paid in advance.
- Services rendered during holidays will incur an additional $10 fee.
- Cancellations: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged one day’s fee for the selected service (dog walking, pet sitting, 24-hour pet care, or any other service).
Food & Medication
- Food is not provided, so please bring your own.
- Fee for any food not normal kibble/canned dog food: $3 per meal.
- Medication Fees: $2 per pill/liquid feeding, $10 per injection.
Boarding Requirements
- Dogs who have not done cageless boarding within the last six months must complete one full day of daycare before boarding.
